People & practice

The people behind the AI headlines.

Are you a teacher, clinician, researcher, worker or public-service professional using AI? Tell us what changed in practice.

We want specific experiences: a task that became easier, an error you caught, a decision you still make yourself. A useful account explains the setting and its limits. An individual experience is not proof that the same result holds everywhere.

Before you share

  • Keep patient, pupil, client and employer-confidential information out of your account.
  • For video, send a link to a recording you own or are authorised to share. A 30–60 second account works well; include a transcript or captions if available.
  • We may ask for supporting evidence. We will agree your name, role and any editing with you before publication.
  • Contributions are reviewed. Submission does not guarantee publication and never creates a testimonial or endorsement automatically.

Our interview questions

  1. What task did you use AI for, and why?
  2. What changed compared with doing the task yourself?
  3. What did you have to check or correct?
  4. What evidence supports the outcome you describe?
  5. What should someone in a similar role know before trying it?

You can also add a shorter, moderated response to an article through reader commentary.
